If your product fails due to how it was made, we’ll replace it—no questions asked.

Our dog leashes are crafted from Edelrid, Mammut, and Petzl climbing rope and AustriAlpin Cobra buckles—materials trusted in the climbing world for strength and reliability. Our packs are made from Cordura 500D, known for its durability and weather resistance.

2. How long are your leashes?

Our standard leash length is 57 inches, giving your dog freedom to explore while keeping them close and safe.

3. Can I attach other items to the fanny pack?

Yes! The pack includes a knife attachment point, leash connection loop, elastic loops, and multiple compartments—perfect for hiking, fishing, trail running, and everyday adventures.

4. Do you ship internationally?

At this time we do not offer international shipping but are working towards providing that service in the near future.

5. How do I care for my Sled Dog Co. gear?

We recommend spot-cleaning with mild soap and water, then air drying. Avoid harsh detergents or machine drying to maintain material integrity. For best longevity, store your fanny pack and rope indoors when not in use to avoid excessive sun exposure, which can cause discoloration over time.

7. What’s covered under your warranty?

We offer a lifetime replacement guarantee for defects caused by manufacturing issues. This does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse.
